This comprehensive, evidence-based program was created by our expert-level pelvic floor therapists to support you through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Whether you’re preparing for birth, healing after delivery, or navigating the demands of early motherhood, this program is designed to optimize your pelvic health, core strength, and overall well-being.

Pregnancy Program

1st Trimester:

  • Introduction to pelvic floor health

2nd Trimester:

  • Balance and stability training

  • Support garment education

  • Sleep optimization

  • Beginners pelvic floor labor prep

  • Movement & exercise modifications

3rd Trimester & Labor Prep:

Postpartum Program

Our postpartum support program starts as early as 3 weeks postpartum, where we provide a virtual appointment to go over acute postpartum concerns such as bathroom management, perineal healing, and abdominal protection. This allows you to continue to recover in the comfort of your own home and can rest assured that your health is being prioritized during these initial weeks of recovery.

Our first in person visits can begin as early as 6 week postpartum!

  • Navigating returning to work, is applicable
